Brand adhesive tape

We produce branded packing tape by flexographic method of surface printing.

• Maximum width of a printing area - 300mm. 
• Number of colors – 1-3 
• Length of a printing (printing step) - 150mm, 188mm, 251mm, 314mm, 400mm 
• Width of a tape: 25, 37, 50, 75, 150, 300mm. 
• Manufacturing period - 3 - 5 days, depending on the consignment.

• We put print only on high quality packing tape with acrylic adhesive. Thickness - 45 to 50 microns. Any background color. Standard colors – transparent or white, but we can also print on red, blue, yellow, or green adhesive tape.

Basic standard options for a brand adhesive tape: 

• Branded tape with the width of 25 mm is usually used for promotions, branded and festive packaging of small and light boxes. 
• Branded tape with the width of 50 mm is the most popular and versatile size for corrugated packaging. It is also commonly used in everyday life, in different packaging, in promotions, in organizing information about the manufacturer of the goods. This is a standard branded adhesive tape, which can withstand the weight of package from 20 to 25 kg, with a diagonal from 200 mm for the packing of goods, wrapped with paper or polyethylene; for boxes and corrugated boxes (including those with the glossy surface). 
• Industrial tape 50 mm x 990 m is designed for automatic packaging lines, and it comes with a standard 76 mm diameter sleeve; 
• Packaging branded 75 mm wide tape is used for sealing on a particularly heavy or fragile boxes; for boxes with a diagonal of 800 mm, and a weight of 20 kg.

The cost of manufacturing branded packing tape depends on:

• the thickness (microns) of adhesive tape
• the roll width
• the winding length tape
• the circulation
• the number of colors

Do not forget that at the first order the cost of the cliché is added to the cost of the adhesive tape. Cliché is manufactured once and can be stored for several years for subsequent orders. Cliche is manufactured for each color separately.

Our advice: 
Do not store logo tape for long. It means, do not book tape parties for more than 6-8 months of storage, because paint fades with time and starts to come off. It is better to order small batches every 3 months and always have a “fresh” product, also saving extra space in your warehouse.
