Interlayer printing method
A key feature of an adhesive tape with interlayer printing is the placement of text or image between a biaxially oriented base film and an adhesive layer. Works are carried out on flexographic equipment. For a stronger adhesion to the paint, the inner surface of the polypropylene film is exposed to high-voltage electric discharge and covered with microscopic incisions.
In case of interlayer printing, the image on the adhesive tape is applied in a mirror image and is coated with a glue acrylic emulsion by means of a metal shaft. Additional adjustment of the equipment allows producing brandlend with the required thickness of the adhesive layer. After the printing of the reel, several days must be left for the glue to be completely fixed.
