We are proud to announce that the company Brendlenta has once again successfully passed a special assessment of working conditions (SOUT). In accordance with Federal Law No. 426-FZ of December 28, 2013 “On Special Assessment of Working Conditions”, an employer is obliged to conduct a special assessment of working conditions. This measure is necessary to identify harmful and dangerous factors of the working environment and the labor process and determine the level of their impact on the employee, taking into account the effectiveness of protective measures. The special appraisal is mandatory and affects the amount of insurance premiums paid by the employer to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.
